At present, the company has accumulated mastery of 5 advanced powder making processes, including AVI-V, AVI-E, and AVI-P. We have over 20 powder production lines and can provide over 200 types of metal 3D printed powder products, with an annual production capacity of over 5000 tons. We also have the ability to customize and mass produce powder chemical composition and particle size according to the requirements of forming processes such as SLM, DED, EBM, HIP, MIM, etc.
Vacuum Metallurgy Systems
With over 10000 rounds of experience in powder production technology and services, Avimetal can meet different needs of integrating independent powder production lines, and preparing and customizing various alloy material systems.Avimetal provide one-stop solutions for powder making equipment and production lines, including VIGA, GA, EIGA, PREP, and PA. The series equipment production line is highly automated, convenient, stable, safe, and reliable. We have the ability to produce 50 sets annually and have provided over 40 sets of equipment to domestic and foreign partners.
Advanced Metal 3D Systems
Avimetal has successively developed metal 3D printing machines such as MT170, MT170H, MT280, MT400M, MT450, and MT650 etc. Our equipment has a stable printing and forming process, superior component performance, and can provide customized printing services according to user needs. We are committed to providing high stability, multi size forming equipment solutions for global industry users.
It is worth mentioning that the largest SLM printer has a forming size of 1250mm (length) x 1250mm (width), with a maximum forming size of 1350mm. The maximum number of lasers can reach 12, which significantly improves the printing and manufacturing capacity and production efficiency of large-sized and complex structural components.
