JAMG HE Self-build factory in Yangjiang city
In order to offer 'the most reasonable price, the highest quality products and the most satisfying services', we have built a 20,000 square meter international standard chemical factory equipped with international advanced production equipment and modern production lines, including about 30 reaction stills and plastic modification machines.We are able to modify filament raw materials and synthesize chemical 3d resin ensuring the stability and diversity of our materials.
3D Printer Resin Production
The reaction stills not only modify 3d resin, but also make mass production more efficient.The fully automatic filling system operates at 3 seconds per bottle on each production line and also automatically handles capping and labeling.
3D Printer Filament Production
We are planning to build a facility for filament production, which will accommodate around 80 production lines including dual tri-color and rainbow PLA production. The most important aspect is that we have an engineering team and plastic modification machines to produce a wide variety of 3D printing filaments like Light weight pla, carbon pla, carbon abs, glass fiber pla etc.
Testing Lab
The testing lab is equipped with high-end equipment to test mechanical properties such as strength tension, bending strength, hardness,shrinkage, etc. We also have professional machines such as thermal deformation temperature tester, aging resistance machine, constant temperature humidity chamber, thermal expansion coefficient tester and flexibility testing machine.
We also built a jewelery casting house with casting machines, furnace, investment mixing machines etc. to conduct experiments on our jewelry castable resins to meet the needs of various jewelry designers.
