Powder Extrusion Printing(PEP)Powder Extrusion printing(PEP) technology is a metal/ceramic particle material 3D printing process combined with “3D printing + powder metallurgy” at UPRISE 3D. Mouldless manufacturing of metal/ceramic products is realized by means of molten extrusion of granular materials. After obtaining green part with a certain density and strength, the products with consistent and excellent performance are ultimately obtained by debinding and sintering process.

Metal & Ceramic 3D PrinterBased on PEP technology, UPRISE 3D launches two metal/ceramic 3D printer.
