Powder Extrusion Printing(PEP)
Powder Extrusion printing(PEP) technology is a metal/ceramic particle material 3D printing process combined with “3D printing + powder metallurgy” at UPRISE 3D.   Mouldless manufacturing of metal/ceramic products is realized by means of molten extrusion of granular materials.   After obtaining green part with a certain density and strength, the products with consistent and excellent performance are ultimately obtained by debinding and sintering process.

Metal & Ceramic 3D Printer
Based on PEP technology, UPRISE 3D launches two metal/ceramic 3D printer. Both adopt independent dual nozzle design, which can simultaneously or alternately print ceramic、metal, and ceramic/metal composite materials, achieving development of composite products with different materials and the preparation of complex structures.

Printing Materials
