Profeta, a 2014-founded high-tech dental digital enterprise, offers comprehensive digital solutions. Its products are exported worldwide. Up to now, the total shipment volume has reached 300 units. It partners with Peking University in clinical innovations and provides high-quality one-stop solutions. In dentistry, demand for removable prosthetics and orthodontics is rising. However, the problems faced by customers include: a shortage of technicians, a long training cycle for technicians, and the inability of printed parts to meet the required quality standards, which affects business operations and patient satisfaction. Profeta is the sole company with an overall solution and advantages. We have independently developed CAD, CAM and equipment (metal 3d printers and wire bending machine), and integrated the three together. Consequently, it smooth the process and enables the customers to implement digital transformation. Solutions for Different Fields Solution for Removable Prosthetics CAD At present, the dental CAD software available on the market typically demands several months of training before one can become proficient in using it. In contrast, iPDenture developed by Profeta is both simple and intuitive. Merely a few days of training are required for users to start operating it. Simultaneously, by leveraging advanced algorithms, the process of designing removable partial dentures using this software only takes about 15 minutes. CAM The P3DS software developed by Profeta can accurately identify the different parts of a removable partial denture designed by iPDenture, including occlusal rests, clasps and so on support differently. Using P3DS for slicing also allows the option of higher-precision printing, thus obtaining a better fitting effect. Metal 3D printers IS 200: It has high printing efficiency for dental labs with large printing volumes. It's the dual-laser dental-specific metal 3D printer with high efficiency, supporting simultaneous printing of crowns, bridges, and removable denture frameworks (25-35 frameworks or 400 crowns and bridges in 4.5-5.5 hours). It has a large printing volume, can fully utilize 24-hour operation without night-shift overtime, and is unique in the domestic dental market. IE 150: For medium-sized dental laboratories focusing on printing quality and efficiency. It has a fast printing speed, with an efficiency advantage, printing 15 frameworks in 3-3.5 hours and 220 crowns and bridges in 3.5-4 hours. VP100 PRO: VP100 pro is designed to address the situations where some small dental laboratories have limited space and the need to print with two types of powders. Profeta has obtained patents for this type of machine. Solution for Orthodontics Traditicial orthodontics mainly uses bands and wires. Profeta supports design and manufacturing of both types.
Design: iPDenture has module to design bands. The bands have special internal structure which helps to increase bonding effect during clinic operation. iPDenture has module to design wires. In 1 day of training, fresh technicians can be able to design and operate the bending machine; After 1 week of training, fresh technicians can be able to produce a high level of products with Profeta bending machine, and it may needs more than 2 years training to reach such technical skills. Production: 3D Metal 3D printers: The bands designed by iPDenture can be printed using different models of Profeta printers. Bending machine: The wires designed by iPDenture can be inputted to bending machine which bend digitally according to design. |
