Leading Material Capabilities
The development of special additively-manufactured (low crack sensitivity) high-performance new materials (featuring high strength, high temperature resistance, and low density) enhances users' competitiveness in improving equipment technical and tactical specifications. Among these, new materials such as Ti2AlNb, ZGH4251, ZGH438, and ZGH447 have filled the gap in material selection for high-temperature lightweight, medium-temperature high-strength, and high-temperature service environments, becoming key material choices for multiple priority projects. Additionally, there are domestically leading capabilities in master alloy production, powder manufacturing, hot isostatic pressing, testing and analysis, and hardware support.
Professional Process Capabilities
With over 10 years of additive manufacturing experience and high-quality delivery of over 40,000 components, we have established technical specifications covering various materials including superalloys (such as GTD222, GH3170, GH3230, GH3536, GH3625, GH4099, GH4169, ZGH438, ZGH447, ZGH457, ZGH4251, MM509, GH5188, etc.), titanium alloys (e.g., TA15, TC4, Ti150, Ti2AlNb, etc.), stainless steels (316L, 304, etc.), mold steels (18Ni300, 17-4PH, 15-5PH, CX, etc.), and aluminum alloys (AlSi10Mg, AlSi7Mg, AlMgScZr, AlMnScZr, etc.). We possess professional capabilities in simulation, process modeling, microstructure control, microcrack management, and residual stress management, as well as the ability to handle surface, internal cavities, and internal flow channels. Furthermore, we are capable of precision additive manufacturing of oversized components with a maximum formable size of 1500mm×1500mm×1500mm and dimensional accuracy controlled within ±1mm.
