It breaks through the traditional limitations of FDM 3D printing technology, offering companies a novel solution for cost reduction, improved efficiency, and stable production. Imagine that once took a week to manufacture through traditional methods, or even a full day with conventional 3D printing, now being completed in just a morning thanks to high-speed printing. The 310 NEO boasts an exceptional printing speed, with a daily capacity ranging from 500g to 1000g, and in mirror/duplication mode, the output can even surpass 1000g per day. The high-speed printing package of the FUNMAT PRO 310 NEO has undergone 240,000 hours of industrial-grade validation, producing over 30,000 parts to ensure consistent and reliable production of various feature components. Thanks to Intamsys’s self-developed high-speed control board and advanced motion algorithms, the 310 NEO maintains strict control over surface quality and dimensional accuracy, even at high speeds. High-Temperature Chamber Technology: Ensuring Stable Printing and Material Performance For example, PC material, which is widely used in industrial applications, is highly sensitive to temperature fluctuations during the forming process. As the size of a part increases, issues such as warping caused by low or unstable chamber temperatures become more pronounced. The 310 NEO provides a stable chamber temperature of up to 100°C, creating an optimal environment for forming temperature-sensitive materials like PC. This also ensures the maximum use of its 305mm x 260mm x 260mm build volume for stable, full-size printing. Thanks to the greatly enhanced interlayer bonding of FDM 3D printing brought by the high-temperature chamber technology, the mechanical strength of parts printed under these conditions is significantly improved compared to low or non-temperature-controlled environments. For example, ABS parts printed at the 310 NEO’s 100°C chamber temperature exhibit up to three times the mechanical performance of those printed without chamber temperature control. The consistent high temperature also ensures uniform material performanc,as proven by significantly lower tensile strength variance at 100°C compared to 30°C. This is critical for achieving reproducibility and consistency, making the 310 NEO highly appealing to industrial clients and essential for FDM’s transition to small-batch industrial production. Support for Eight High-Speed Materials: Expanding Industrial Applications The FUNMAT PRO 310 NEO supports eight different high-speed material packages, including PC, ABS, high-temperature nylon, and PLA, to cater to a wide range of industrial applications. Notably, the 310 NEO can stably and rapidly print PC materials, filling a market gap in high-speed PC printing, and providing cost-effective solutions for industries such as automotive and electronics manufacturing. Additionally, the 310 NEO offers a nozzle temperature of up to 350°C, enabling the printing of some high-performance materials like PPS, as well as flexible materials such as TPU95A. Intamsys continues to push the boundaries of material research, with more high-speed material packages undergoing testing and set to be released soon. All current users will receive free updates as new packages become available. Flexible Printing Solutions: The 310 NEO features an independent dual-extrusion (IDEX) system, allowing the two nozzles to work either in collaboration or independently. This design supports four complex printing modes—duplication, mirror, support, and dual-color printing. In duplication and mirror modes, the printing capacity exceeds 1000g/day, effectively doubling output. The support mode enhances the quality of complex structures, improving surface finishes for intricate models. Open Material System: Intamsys maintains an open material platform, allowing the 310 NEO to be compatible with a wide range of materials. This provides greater flexibility in material exploration, balancing both cost-effectiveness and practicality. Intamsys has also made significant innovations in the user experience of the FUNMAT PRO 310 NEO, introducing features such as smart automatic leveling, dual-nozzle height calibration, remote printing and monitoring, and a sealed drying chamber. These enhancements offer an improved experience for novice 3D printing users, ensuring ease of use and high-quality results. As a high-speed, industrial-grade FDM 3D printer, the FUNMAT PRO 310 NEO is designed to meet the demands of various customers, from print service factories to industrial manufacturers, offering efficient, reliable solutions for mass production. |
