The system is mainly composed of 3D printing sustainable circulation system, 3D printing small batch injection molding system and robot arm grasping system.
3D printing sustainable circulation system is composed of plastic crusher, desktop extruder and desktop 3D printer. The principle is that after the existing silk consumables are put into the desktop printer for printing and forming, the molds or models that have no use value can be put into the crusher for crushing, and then put into the wire extruder after the formation of fine particles. The wire rods in the printer can be used for extrusion. The whole production process effectively reduces the material waste and realizes the material utilization It can be recycled.
Small batch injection molding system is composed of desktop small injection molding machine, printable high temperature desktop printer or sla3d printer. The principle is to print the appropriate mold to the small injection molding machine through the printer, so as to complete the small batch injection molding of the product.
The specific application method is: the 3D printer prints out the appropriate mold, during the printing process, the scanning detector set on the printer carries out the appearance inspection. When the overall mold printing is detected, the scanning detector sends instructions to the mechanical arm placed outside the printer. The mechanical arm grabs the model on the printer and carries out deep processing and deep processing of the mold model After the completion of the work, the mechanical arm is placed on the desktop injection molding machine of the next process. A pressure switch is set in the fixture of the desktop injection molding machine. When the value of the pressure switch changes, the injection molding machine starts to enter the preheating stage. After the injection is completed, the product is loaded and unloaded by another mechanical arm. When the product mould is used or scrapped, the product can be crushed by the plastic crusher. One Principle
The system operates by driving a screw with a servo motor. After adding the material, it is plasticized within a hot melt runner. The rotation of the screw forces the material into the mold cavity, where it is extruded into wire. This wire is then guided into a sizing tube and cooled by a fan to form the final product, which can be directly loaded into a 3D printer for printing.
