Multiple New Large-sized Metal 3D Printing Equipment

AVIMETAL has achieved full coverage and innovative intelligent manufacturing of mainstream models in metal 3D printing equipment. The forming dimensions range from "φ 170×120mm" to "φ 650×650×800mm", meeting the manufacturing upgrade needs of multiple application fields.

AVIMETAL has showcased three large-sized SLM equipment MT400M, MT450 and MT650 at TCT Asia 2024. And the on-site printing have attracted numerous industry experts, peers, and application customers.

 

MT650 Selective Laser Melting Equipment

After two years of accumulation and iteration, MT650 inherits brand quality and has completed innovative expansion in comprehensive technology and application fields.

The forming format is 650x650x800mm (X x Y x Z, excluding the substrate). The Z-axis of the forming cylinder is raised to 800mm, fully covering the mainstream component manufacturing needs in aviation, aerospace and other application markets. The equipment comes standard with 4 lasers and optional for 6 lasers. Under different laser schemes, its forming efficiency can up to 100cm3/h or 150cm3/h respectively. The entire optical system adopts a modular layout, which can be easily switched on the user end according to requirements.

MT450 Selective Laser Melting Equipment

As the first generation product, MT450 adopts SLM forming technology and can be configured with dual or four lasers. The forming dimensions have been upgraded to 400x450x500mm and 450x450x500mm (X x Y x Z, excluding the substrate). The forming efficiency of the standard 4 lasers can reach 100cm3/h.

Full format printing has the advantages of high efficiency, stability, and precision, making it convenient and safe to use. MT450 is suitable for rapid mass production of complex metal structural components in aerospace, automotive manufacturing, industrial molds, petrochemicals, nuclear power, and other fields.

MT400M Selective Laser Melting Equipment

MT400M is a recently independently developed civilian equipment by AVIMETAL. It adopts SLM forming technology and gathers the design advantages of mainstream models in the industry. The forming size is 400×325×400mm. Standard configuration with 4 lasers (optional with 2/3/6 lasers). The molding efficiency is 100cm3/h (optional 50/75/150cm3/h). A pair of 40 size shoe molds can be printed in 16 hours.

The equipment has a large forming format, multiple optical configuration schemes, high printing efficiency/quality, convenient and safe use, high cost-effectiveness, and excellent comprehensive performance. It plays an important role in fields such as 3C, shoe molds, industrial molds, and hand boards, etc.

AVI-PREP-4W Exhibition Site Release

PREP has made significant breakthroughs

 

Focusing on the innovation at the source of additive manufacturing of metal materials, AVI-PREP-4W has released on site at TCT Asia 2024. The innovative development equipment after AVI-PREP-3W, which has broken the technical bottlenecks such as electrode rod speed in the industry.

The maximum electrode speed is 36000r/min, and the production capacity is doubled. The yield of Superalloy fine powder can reach over 70%, with excellent comprehensive performance. The atomization powder production process AVI-VIGA, AVI-EIGA and AVI-PA can provide metal powders with higher quality and lower cost  for the market, while meeting the customer’s selection needs for different process powders.

MT-IN939 Nickel-based Superalloy Powder

Inconel 939 (IN939) is a nickel-based superalloy mainly composed of elements such as nickel, chromium, molybdenum, and aluminum. It has an excellent balance in high temperature strength, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, fatigue performance and creep strength, and cold and hot processing performance.

MT-X40 Cobalt-based Superalloy Powder

X40 is a cobalt-based superalloy reinforced with solid solution and carbides. It has good resistance to cold and hot fatigue, moderate stress levels, oxidation resistance, wear resistance, and anti vulcanization ability. X40 powder is used for the manufacturing of long-term high-temperature (600-1000 ℃) extreme load components and is the best choice for the first stage nozzle of gas turbines.

MT-Ti2AlNb Titanium Aluminum Alloy Powder

Ti2AlNb belongs to the Ti&Al intermetallic compound material. It has high specific strength, low elastic modulus and coefficient of thermal expansion, excellent creep resistance, and high-temperature oxidation resistance. The temperature range is 600-800 ℃, making it an ideal new lightweight and high-temperature structural material for aviation and aerospace vehicles.
