To date, Jingye Additive has deployed a total of 13 "Over-Meter-Class" metal 3D printers, expanding its total number of printing devices to 50. This expansion significantly enhances the company's equipment capabilities, demonstrating its robust strength in the processing service sector. The newly added EP-M2050 by Jingye Additive is currently the world's leading SLM (Selective Laser Melting) metal 3D printer in terms of forming size, with dimensions reaching 2050mm x 2050mm x 1000mm. Equipped with 36 lasers, precise multi-laser positioning, and stitching accuracy control technology, it ensures efficient production and consistent print quality. It is capable of printing materials such as titanium alloys, aluminum alloys, high-temperature nickel-based alloys, mold steel, stainless steel, and cobalt-chromium-molybdenum, making it suitable for the direct manufacturing of large, high-precision, high-performance components in aerospace and other fields.
