In 2024, Weilaeri sustained a trajectory of vigorous and stable growth, achieving remarkable milestones in high-quality development. The successful completion and operation of our Phase II project resulted in a 103% surge in production capacity. We established an industry-leading digital smart workshop, earned accolades as an outstanding enterprise in national scientific reform, secured the title of “Specialized and Innovative Little Giant” at the national level, and was listed among Jiangsu’s potential unicorn enterprises.
This year marked a significant milestone for Weilaeri. We doubled our annual shipment volume while maintaining robust R&D investments. Our newly commissioned intelligent factory has commenced full-scale production, better catering to industrial demands for powder materials with enhanced product stability and reduced human intervention. In our digital transformation journey, we implemented a strategic framework of “Cloud Integration – Data Utilization – Intelligent Empowerment,” constructing a comprehensive smart management system centered on ERP and MES, supplemented by PLM, CRM, PMS, and AI technologies. Breakthroughs in new material development led to the launch of innovative products such as T70X, MC90, and Ti31.
Looking ahead to 2025, a landmark year marking Weilaeri’s 10th anniversary, we anticipate continued growth fueled by the expanding landscape of additive manufacturing applications. This growth drives increasing demand for high-performance powders, placing greater emphasis on product quality and performance. However, the path forward will not be without obstacles. The challenges we encounter will propel us to explore new frontiers, fostering continuous innovation in additive manufacturing technologies.
As industry applications diversify, additive manufacturing will sustain a robust growth trajectory, presenting both fresh opportunities and formidable challenges.
Product Development: Weilaeri will intensify its focus on developing advanced materials, introducing titanium and aluminum alloys with superior strength and enhanced heat resistance, thereby expanding the application of additive manufacturing in complex environments. Additionally, we will unveil specialized materials for the nuclear industry, reaffirming our commitment to innovation and our core values of “Focused Innovation, Shared Progress.”
This year, we will also launch high-thermal-conductivity mold steel, new shoe mold materials, and mold steel specifically designed for die-casting applications. The widespread adoption of these materials is expected to elevate the revenue contribution from the civilian sector, significantly boosting Weilaeri’s overall performance.
Furthermore, we will continue to invest in next-generation powder production equipment, aiming to advance automation and intelligent manufacturing technologies. The new equipment will feature groundbreaking capabilities, including real-time sample composition analysis, dual-frequency mixing, and online powder property monitoring, ensuring unparalleled product stability and consistency. These technological enhancements will enable us to better meet the market’s demand for high-quality metal powders, reinforcing our leadership in the additive manufacturing industry.
Market Expansion: This year, Weilaeri will secure Class III medical certification and CE certification for two of its products. In the medical sector, we will enhance R&D efforts, optimize product structures, and ensure superior precision and reliability. Strengthening global collaborations and implementing differentiated market strategies will help us consolidate and expand our presence in international markets, injecting new dynamism into our growth in the medical field and beyond.
Looking towards 2025, the aerospace sector is poised for a new growth trajectory. As application scenarios expand and demand for high-performance materials intensifies, the prospects for high-temperature alloys will become increasingly promising. Beyond traditional high-temperature alloy grades, we have optimized materials such as GH4099, GH3230, and GH5188, further supporting sustained growth in the aerospace industry.
