On May 6, 2025, the Australian Manufacturing Week (AMW 2025) officially opened at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. At this premier industry event, Eplus3D's Australian partner DustForge made an impressive appearance, showcasing cutting-edge Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) 3D printing technologies and innovative exhibits, attracting a multitude of professionals for in-depth discussions.
As the official partner of Eplus3D in Australia, DustForge is a specialist company focused on 3D printing and product development. The firm has long been committed to integrating advanced manufacturing technologies with local innovation, helping clients accelerate product realization. It provides end-to-end solutions covering design optimization, material selection, and the delivery of high-quality final products.
Comprehensive 3D Printing Ecosystem on Display At this year’s exhibition, DustForge spotlighted a full-spectrum 3D printing ecosystem. On the materials side, the grey-black glass fiber-reinforced nylon 12 drew attention for its exceptional mechanical strength, thermal resistance, and high reusability, making it well-suited for applications in consumer electronics, automotive, and aerospace industries.
DustForge also presented application cases and display pieces from various fields, including automotive, consumer electronics, healthcare, and cultural creativity, vividly demonstrating the broad potential of SLS 3D printing technology across multiple industries.

On the equipment side, DustForge focused on the Eplus S Series machines and the all-in-one Part Powder Station (PPS). Built to the highest EU safety standards, the S Series features dual lasers, dual dynamic focusing systems, and intelligent coordinated scanning, ensuring both operational safety and significantly enhanced printing efficiency.
When paired with the PPS workstation—which integrates six key functions: part cleaning, powder recycling, material refilling, mixing and blending, automated powder supply, and dust collection—it greatly reduces powder dispersion, maintains a clean environment, boosts post-processing efficiency, and minimizes manual labor.
In addition, DustForge prepared a variety of SLS 3D printed souvenirs at the event. Each gift cleverly showcased the advantages of the technology in terms of precision, strength, and design freedom, offering visitors a tangible and engaging experience of SLS printing’s unique charm and practical value.
