UPR-241 is based on powder extrusion printing technology (PEP) and uses a three screw double component single nozzle system to achieve real-time control of composition, mixing, and extrusion material composition. It can print different types of functionally gradient materials such as metal/ceramic, ceramic/ceramic, and metal/metal. Utilizing 3D printing combined with powder metallurgy, it is suitable for the research, design, and preparation of functionally graded materials with complex structures.
