During the exhibition, Anlun Optics unveiled a series of innovative products spanning various sizes and technical specifications, offering tailored solutions for a broad range of applications. Intelligent Exposure Mini Honeycomb Array Light Source Module

 

The mini honeycomb array module integrates miniature LED light sources with regional control technology, purpose-built for 10.1 to 14-inch LCD devices, enabling precise exposure control. Through sophisticated software algorithms, the module effectively minimizes thermal buildup during the photopolymerization process, thereby extending the lifespan of LCD screens and enhancing the clarity of printed details.

Equipped with 385–405 nm UV LED light sources and refined through meticulous optical design, the module delivers an ultra-short focal length parallel lighting effect via its honeycomb structure. Coupled with a high-resolution LCD screen and a precision visual inspection system, the module utilizes grayscale software analysis and PWM signal modulation to achieve 95% uniformity. Its light emission angle is controlled within 1°, ensuring high verticality, high contrast, and intense luminous output. This dual-optimized solution meets the demands of high-precision industrial applications, offering a fast, eco-friendly, and ultra-precise optical solution. Supporting a short focal length adjustment of 8–35 mm, it provides manufacturers with compact optical systems that reduce device size while improving portability and installation flexibility.

 

Furthermore, Anlun’s LCD micro-nano centrifugal film—an integration of micro-nano optical technology and high-speed printing—effectively addresses the excessive adhesion between conventional LCD screens and centrifugal films. This innovation reduces noise during printing and maintains high precision. With a distortion rate of approximately 0.3%, it ensures top-tier print quality and supports speeds exceeding 100 mm/h. Additionally, its light diffusion rate is kept below 5%, further enhancing print performance.

 

Intelligent Exposure LCD Projection Engine

 

The LCD projection engine adopts a high-resolution LCD panel and features a non-contact printing process that rivals DLP technology. Supporting 10.1-inch and 14-inch panels with up to 16K resolution, the engine incorporates a water-cooling system to ensure operational stability under high-performance conditions. Advanced optical alignment technology reduces image distortion to as low as 0.1%. The 10.1-inch model delivers light intensity up to 30 mW/cm², ensuring the luminance and clarity required for ultra-fine 16K imaging. Designed for both top-down and bottom-up projection, the system expands its application versatility.

COB Light Source and Matrix Light Source

 

The COB light source integrates illumination and light collection technologies to ensure a clean emission surface, suitable for devices ranging from 6.6 to 32 inches. Meanwhile, the matrix light source features an innovative parallel light design, covering sizes from 6.6 to 25 inches. A newly introduced cost-effective module makes it particularly suitable for high-precision printing applications.
