UnionTech Introduces New Photopolymer 3D Printing Systems and High-temperature 3D Printing Resin at Rapid+TCT 2024

UnionTech made a significant impact at Rapid+TCT 2024, held from June 25-27 at the Los Angeles Convention Center, by unveiling its latest 3D printing systems and comprehensive additive manufacturing solutions.

Introducing the Lite600 2.0 System

The updated Lite600 2.0, a compact and highly efficient version of the well-known Lite600, was a highlight of UnionTech’s presentation. This new iteration is smaller, lighter, and has a reduced footprint, making it ideal for companies with limited workspace. It allows for optimal space utilization, enabling multiple machines to be installed where only one larger machine could fit. The mobility of the Lite600 2.0 also benefits companies that need to frequently reconfigure their workspace or move equipment between locations.

Key Features of the Lite600 2.0:

• Large-Format 3D Printing: With a build volume of 600 mm x 600 mm x 400 mm (144 liters), it is designed for intricate prototypes, production, and end-use parts.
• Variable Laser Beam Technology: Allows dynamic adjustment of the beam size, switching between fine, precise beams for detailed areas and broader beams for larger sections.
• Innovative Liquid Level Control Algorithm: Maintains stable resin levels to prevent defects and optimize resin usage.
• No Disassembly, No Installation Design: Simplifies the process and improves delivery efficiency. The control panel and alarm light can be easily adjusted without the need for disassembly.
• Intelligence: Equipped with RSCON software, enhancing compatibility with UnionTech ONE, UnionTech BPC, Polydevs, and other platforms.
• Platformization: Integrates with the 3D printing cloud manufacturing SAAS platform UnionTech ONE for equipment, enterprise, and business interconnection, facilitating intelligent upgrades for 3D printing factories.

Professional-grade LCD Printer – Martrix300

UnionTech also introduced the Martrix300, the latest professional-grade LCD 3D printer, featuring a build volume of up to 217 x 122 x 300 mm. Compared to the Martrix190 and Martrix520 models in the same series, this 3D printer includes upgraded technologies.

Key Features of the Martrix300:

• COB Light Source: Provides high rectangular resolution of 19×24μm and over 90% printing uniformity with stronger light intensity compared to matrix light sources.
• Gravity Pressure-Sensing Refilling: Automatically adjusts resin levels during printing, eliminating the need for manual refilling and enabling fully automated production.
• Anti-Pressure Monitoring: Senses the height of foreign objects to halt printing and prevent disruptions, extending the printer’s lifespan and improving success rates.

Temp-R220 High Temperature Resistant Resin

UnionTech’s subsidiary, Synthetic, showcased the Temp-R220 high-temperature resistant material, a standout innovation at the event. This resin boasts a heat deformation temperature exceeding 220°C and a long-term use temperature above 250°C, offering excellent strength and toughness. It is ideal for large-format SLA printers, ensuring stability, accuracy, and exceptional surface quality in complex environments.

UnionTech’s presence at Rapid+TCT 2024 underscored the expanding applications of additive manufacturing technology across various fields.
