PA Technology: Breaking Through Technological Barriers  

 

The Plasma Arc (PA) wire atomization powder-making technology utilizes inductively coupled plasma as a high-temperature platform to melt and atomize materials such as titanium alloys and superalloys into powders. Compared to the mainstream domestically produced EIGA titanium alloy powder manufacturing process, PA technology achieves superior powder performance while maintaining comparable production costs for 3D-grade products.

Facing the challenge of monopolization of high-power RF power sources by a select few Western nations, Jinyuan IMT has overcome significant technical hurdles through its outstanding innovation capabilities. The company successfully broke foreign technology blockades, designing and manufacturing RF high-power power sources with an efficiency exceeding 65%. Both efficiency and stability have reached international advanced standards.

Jinyuan IMT has independently developed three generations of EIGA powder-making technology. Currently, a single EIGA device can produce over one ton of titanium alloy powder daily, demonstrating exceptional production efficiency. Recently, the company has finalized plans for upgrading its fourth-generation EIGA equipment.

In addition, Jinyuan has equipped its facilities with a self-developed advanced gas recovery system. Managed through a DCS control system, this intelligent setup automatically replenishes gas from the station, adjusts system pressure according to preset values, and enables fully automated control of gas usage during startup and shutdown. This significantly enhances production efficiency and operational safety.

Integrated Production Line: Leading High-Efficiency Manufacturing  

 

In production line equipment, Jinyuan showcases robust self-development capabilities. Its independently designed vacuum gloveboxes, airflow machines, vibrating sieves, and high-vacuum sealing machines combine to create a highly efficient production line. These systems integrate automated feeding, vacuum pumping, and packaging functionalities, streamlining production processes while dramatically enhancing overall efficiency and automation levels. As of now, Jinyuan has successfully established four intelligent production workshops.
