Multi-Laser High-Efficiency Collaboration for Superior Print Quality  

The FS1521M series supports up to 32 fiber lasers, each delivering 500W of power, significantly accelerating the printing speed of large-scale components. Farsoon Technologies has successfully addressed the technical complexities of multi-laser overlap through advanced algorithmic upgrades, ensuring consistently uniform print quality. Additionally, the series integrates an innovative dual-layer airflow system with independent upper and lower structures. This, combined with a dual-cycle filtration system and permanent filter elements, effectively resolves the challenges associated with ultra-wide-span fume extraction, achieving highly uniform and stable airflow for prolonged printing durations. The hands-free powder handling system further enhances operational safety and efficiency in managing large-scale powder quantities during production.  

 

 

Cost Reduction and Efficiency Enhancement: Addressing the Challenge of High-Volume Powder Recycling  

The FS1521M series excels in cost reduction and efficiency optimization. It features four overflow powder collection units and four depowdering overflow bins, with up to four powder recycling units achieving a single-unit recovery rate of 90L/h, and a peak efficiency of 360L/h.  

 

With a dual-bin powder storage design and two synchronized powder delivery systems, the FS1521M series reaches a maximum powder supply rate of 90L/h, fully meeting the demands of large-scale component production while ensuring an optimized and seamless manufacturing experience.
